2023: PDP Heavyweight Debunks Conspiracy Against Bauchi Governor

A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi, Mallam Bibi Dogo has observed that saboteurs against Governor Bala Mohammed and his administration are bound to fail woefully.
Dogo made the observation in Bauchi while addressing newsmen at the NUJ secretariat, saying the clandestine movement by politicians with a view to take over power from Governor Bala in 2023 will inevitably be a failure
He said, “These clandestine activities, alignments and realignments by the political deadwoods and charlatans would never materialize because the machinations could not surmount the numerous achievements and successes being recorded by Governor Bala Mohammed in fulfilling his electioneering campaign promises to the people”.

According to him, the projects executed by the governor in the areas of infrastructural provisions, economic transformation and other essential social services that have direct impact on the life of the electorates are unprecedented in the political history of the state.
He recalled that shortly after Senator Bala Mohammed assumed office as the Executive Governor of Bauchi state, he renovated almost all the dilapidated infrastructures at both primary and secondary schools’ levels across the state, and constructed 424 two-classroom blocks in each of the 323 wards in the state.
These, Dogo recalls, included the construction and rehabilitation of four major roads valued at 5 Billion which comprised of Ibrahim Bako – Maiduguri Road Bye- Pass 4.4 klm road, Sabon Kaura – Jos Road Bye-Pass 6.2 kms, Sade – Akuyam 63km road, among many other roads across the state.
PDP stalwarts explained that Governor Bala Mohammed provided positive changes in the demography of Bauchi state when he launched the construction of 2, 500 housing units across the state, which project also created employment for over 20,000 youths.
Mallam Bibi Dogo similarly highlighted some notable achievements of Governor Bala Mohammed to include upgrading of Gubi dam to provide 75millions gallons of water daily which will address problems of portable water in Bauchi and environs, as well as the construction of a model Government House in Bauchi.
He therefore advised political opponents of the governor to stop comparing him with the previous governors of the state, saying Senator Bala Mohammed has made a difference thereby putting his detractors to shame.
