Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Kastina State has inaugurated reconstructed Zamfara State House of Assembly Complex as part of the line activities for second year anniversary celebration of Governor Bello Matawalle’s administration in the state
Masari commended Matawalle for his vision and foresight in reconstructing and upgrading the state House of Assembly complex, saying that it would enhance legislative activities in the state.
He appreciate Matawalle’s efforts for promoting cordial working relationship existing between the executive and Legislature arms of government in the state.

Masari also commended Zamfara Governor’s efforts in for his commitments and determination to attain lasting peace in the state and the country at large.
He called on the Governors of the North- Western parts of the country to join hands in order to effectively fight the bandits terrorizing the people of the area.
He expressed concern over the banditry activities in the region, calling on all the Governors in the Northwest zone not to leave Governor Bello Matawalle alone in the fight against banditry.
“We shall not leave the fight against banditry to only Governor Bello Matawalle, as all of us have role to play in this direction.
“The Governors of Kebbi, Katsina, Sokoto, Zamfara and Kaduna have to join hands to face the bandits squarely to save the region from further deterioration.
“The act of banditry was never part of the religion, culture or tradition of the region but an act criminality which ought to be faced with all seriousness and determination”, Masari said.
“It is pertinent to stressed that all hands must to be on deck irrespective of political differences to fight the ugly act of banditry in our society”, he added.
He noted with concern that, alot of damage has been done to the region as people of the region were being identified as bandits in different quoters.
” I want call on all and sundry to bury our differences and mobilise fully to tackle the bandits and save our name and dignity in the country “, he added.
Earlier, Governor Bello Matawalle said the assembly’s reconstruction project
was executed at the total cost of N1,403,011,985.89 aimed to create enabling environment for the legislature to perform efficiently.
Matawalle said the complex comprises, administrative block, house chamber, committee rooms, restaurant, filling station, clinic, mosque, and wall fence.
“With these structures put in place, our honourable members of the State House of Assembly would be able to operate in a serene environment, with all the facilities they require”, Gov Matawalle said.
