Gov. Buni Mourns Sen. Adamu Talba 

His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe State Hon (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni CON COMN has received the sad news of the passing of an illustrious son of the state, Sen. Adamu Talba.

Governor Buni described the death of the late Senator as a sad loss to his immediate family, his community and the state at large.

“Yobe state is pained by the loss of Former President Muhammadu Buhari, and Senator Adamu Talba, happening at about the same time. 

“The late Senator was a man of the people who spent most of his life in public service to improve the lives of the people. 

“He served Tikau Emirate , Yobe South Senatorial zone, Yobe State and Nigeria with love, passion and commitment” Gov. Buni said.

The Governor said the late legislator would be remembered for his love, wisdom and generosity. 

“It is the will of Allah that this is the end of his time, we pray to Allah to grant him eternal rest in Aljanna, and to the family, the fortitude to bear the loss”  Gov. Buni prayed.

The Governor extended the  condolences of the government and people of the state to late Adamu’s immediate family and Tikau Emirate.
