Nasarawa council legislative arm confirms four supervisory councilor nominees
The Toto Local Government Legislative Council in Nasarawa State, has screened and confirmed four nominees sent to it for confirmation for appointment as Supervisory Councilors.
The Voice Media Trust (VMT NEWS) reports that the list of nominees is sent to the legislative arm by the Chairman of the Council, Mr Ahmed Yahaya, for the screening and confirmation.
The Speaker of the House, Mr Abdulhameed Ozimazi, announced the confirmation of the nominees during the House proceedings on Tuesday in Toto.

He charged them to live above board, if finally sworn in by the chairman of the council.
The speaker said that those screened and confirmed for appointment were- Idris Hussaini from Umaisha ward, Is’haq Salihu from Shafan Abakpa ward, Salihu Ibrahim and Danlami Usman from Toto ward.
He directed the Clerk of the house to communicate the confirmation of the nominees to the chairman of the council.
