Gov. Buni Mourns Yobe State University Student, Amina Yakubu

His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni CON, COMN has received with deep shock the sad news of the demise of Amina Yakubu, a student of Yobe state University in a tragic traffic accident.
Governor Buni in a statement issued and Signed by the Director General Press and Media affairs Alhaji Mamman Muhammad condoled the parents, friends and relations of the deceased describing it as a sad loss.
“My heartfelt condolences also goes to the Vice Chancellor, staff, students and the entire university community over the loss of this young promising student.

“As faithful, we always believe in the power of creation and death as in the hands of our creator, Allah the almighty” Governor Buni consoled the family.
He prayed for the repose of her soul in Aljannah Firdaus, and to the family, the fortitude to bear the loss.
The Governor also prayed for quick recovery of those injured and directed free treatment of the victims.
Meanwhile, Governor Buni has called on motorists and other road users to be cautious on the roads especially now in the rainy season.
