Buni inaugurates town donated by Yobe Philanthropist
A renowned philanthropist in Yobe, Alhaji Balarabe Abdullahi, has built a settlement and donated it to Rugar Mamuda community in Nguru Local Government Area of the state.
The settlement, renamed as “Rugar Balarabe” was built with modern infrastructure, including residential houses, a school, shopping centre, primary healthcare centre, potable water supply, electricity, and Mosque, among others.

Gov. Mai Mala Buni, who inaugurated the facilities on Sunday, commended Abdullahi for the humanitarian gesture, which he said would enhance the condition of the people in the area.
He called on highly placed individuals in the state to emulate the philanthropist to compliment government programmes and projects.

Buni said his administration would continue to partner with individuals and groups ready to invest in the socio-economic development of the state.
In his remarks, Abdullahi said the donation was part of his efforts toward rural development.
He promised to continue to contribute his quota to the development of the state.
The Voice Media Trust (VMT NEWS) reports that Abdullahi, popularly called DJ, is a reputable humanitarian whose efforts toward community development have touched the lives of many residents of Northern Yobe.
