Lawan said the stakeholders pledged to support the party and all its candidates at all levels.
He also said that all the former aspirants had pledged to collapse their political structures to support the candidature of Wali in the 2027 general elections.
Earlier the governor said that the candidature of Wali would guarantee continuity in policies, programmes and projects of his administration.
He commended the former aspirants for their sacrifice to build peace and unity in the party and Yobe.

Buni said that more consultations and engagements were ongoing to convince the remaining three governorship aspirants to withdraw and support Wali.
The three aspirants still in the race are Bashir Machina, Mustapha Maihaja and Kashim Tumsa.
