Actor Junior Pope miraculously survives after near-death experience
In a shocking turn of events, popular actor Junior Pope Odonwodo, also known as Jnr Pope, was feared to be dead following a boat accident, but has miraculously been revived.
He is said to have been rushed to hospital for further medical attention.
Confirming his resuscitation, President of the Actor Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas wrote on Instagram: “What God cannot do does not exist. Junior Pope is alive, he is taking treatment in the hospital”.
The internet was thrown into a frenzy upon hearing the news of his alleged drowning while returning from a movie shoot in the Anam river in Anambra State with three others.
In a video prior to the accident, Pope had expressed his fear of water before the boat he was traveling in capsized, leading to a moment of panic and distress.
