Children day Sokoto first lady share gifts to school children

As part to celebrate children day, wife of Sokoto State Governor Mariya Aminu Waziri Tambuwal yesterday shared foods and other valuable items to school children.
The presentation of the items was done at Skyland Amazement park , Arkilla the venue of the event.
One of the school that benefitted from the benevolence gesture of the first lady include Abdulrasheed Raji special school , Sokoto.
At the presentation the first lady noted that she chose to host the children because they were special to her.

She further disclosed that children are special gifts from God hence a need to take good care of them .
“We cannot afford to underrate these children because they are leaders of tomorrow she added.
Concerning Joy Emmanuel that was confined by her Aunt for eight months the first lady said the state government would take care of her medical care and would also ensure the culprit face the full wrath of law
Some of the children that attended the event are special needed children.
Sokoto State cultural trooup entertained the children at the event.
