FORMER APGA NAT. SECRETARY, DR SANI SHINKAFI RECEIVES APC MEMBERSHIP CARD
The Former National Secretary of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Dr Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, on Thursday, received his membership card of the All Progressive Congress (APC) at Abdullahi Shamba 004, polling unit Shinkafi South Ward, of Shinkafi Local Government Area, Zamfara State.
The National Secretariat of the APC extended registration/revalidation exercise of the party in the state, following the recent defection of Governor Matawalle to the APC.
Shinkafi was registered as a full member of the party, along his wife, Hajiya Hindatu Shinkafi, by the Chairman of the Registration and Revalidation Exercise Committee sent to the state by the National Headquarters of the APC, Alhaji Ibrahim Masari.
Dr Abdullahi Shinkafi expressed gratitude to Gov Matawalle inviting him to join the APC.

“This is a historic day to me, after 19 years in APGA and receiving another political party membership card.
“I join Matawalle to APC for his mission to promote peace and stability.
“We are after our people, we are not in APC for materialistic or position gains”, Shinkafi said.
He called on the party stakeholders in the state to embrace unity, peace and stability in the state.
“We should all come together and support Governor Belloa Matawalleto contribute to the development of our people”, he added.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Registration/Revalidation Exercise Committee, Alhaji Ibrahim Aminu Masari, commended APC stakeholders in the state for their support and cooperation toward the exercise.
The occasion was attended by Senator Sahabi Yau Kaura (APC, Zamfara North), former Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Abdullahi Shinkafi and Former APC Chairman, Alhajii Makaman Kaura among others.
