Gov Matawalle swears-in 6, new Commissioners, 2 Perm. Secs.
Gov. Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State has sworn- in Six newly appointed Commissioners, two Permanent Secretaries and Chairman of the State’s Board for Internal Revenue Service.
Those sworn-in Commissioners are Ibrahim Dosara, Sufiyanu Yuguda and Yazid Danfulani,
Others were Rabiu Garba, Abubakar Dambo and Barrister Aminu Junaidu.
The Permanent Secretaries are Kabiru Yusuf and Lawal Hussein while Akilu Dama was sworn-in as the Chairman Zamfara State’s Board of Internal Revenue.
The swearing in ceremony was held at the Government House Gusau and the oath of office was administered to the appointees by the state Chief Judge, Justice Kulu Aliyu.

In his remarks, Matawalle charged the newly appointees to work closely with their permanent secretaries and inject new ways that will further make the state more attractive to investors.
He said that part of his administration’s determination to form a formidable team that will work assiduosly for the growth and development of the state.
The Gov. implored all the appointees to look into ways of imroving the security of the state by working in consonance with each other for the betterment of a new Zamfara.
Matawalle while congratulating the new Chairman of the Internal Revenue Services Board, the governor drew his attention to the needs of boosting internal revenue generation for the continued provision and improvement of basic amenities in the state.
He urged civil servants and citizens in the state to continue to support the government with prayers and credible information in order to sustain safe communities in all parts of the state.
In a vote of thanks on bahalf of the appointees, Sufiyanu Yuguda assured to work hard and bring more development in the state.
“We are honoured by the confidence responded to us for appointing us as cabinet members in a state”, Yuguda said.
