Obasa said the theme of the meeting would be centred on “Ensuring Food Security for a Sustainable Future: Youth Participation and Home-grown Farming”.
He said the meeting would be to update their constituents on their various achievements and challenges.
He said: “The town hall meeting is necessary to further educate the constituents about what the legislators have been doing since they resumed office.

“It is important for lawmakers to know the needs of their people and educate them about the works.
“The town hall meetings will also be an opportunity for the lawmakers to listen to the challenges of their constituents and make the same available to the executive arm of government as areas of focus.
“Also, submission of memoranda and desk officers would be available at each of the 40 constituency offices.”
The speaker said attendance would be an avenue to make their contributions to the growth and development of their constituency, local governments, the state and the country as a whole.
