NUJ, Sokoto Council Congratulates  Isiguzo, others
-Tasks them on members’ unity

The Nigeria Union of Journalists  (NUJ) Sokoto state Council  has congratulated the newly elected national leaders of the union, tasking them to work towards re_ uniting members of the union.


It equally congratulates the newly elected zonal Vice President and Secretary in charge of zone A, Muhammad Tukur Umar and Abdurrazak Bello Kaura.


In a statement signed by the Secretary of the council, Abubakar Auwal Imam charged the new leaders to lead the union to prosperity by initiating programmes that will improve the capacity, well-being and welfare of members.

The statement however, urged the national president to reach out to his co-contender and other aggrieved members with a view of rebuilding a formidable union.


The council however, appealed to those who could not win at the just concluded national delegates conference to take it in good faith and support the new leaders to succeed in discharging their mandates.
