PDP Will Rule Benue For The Next 25 Years : Chieftain

The chieftain of People Democratic party (PDP) in Benue State Comrade Abuh Adaegahi Elijah said the major opposition party would continue to dominate Benue State for the next 25 years.
Abuh made the disclosure while briefing Journalists in Obagaji , Agatu local government headquarters.
The party youth leader commended Sir John Ngbede led Exco for restoring peace to the party saying the just concluded consensus option to elect party candidates for May, 2022 local government election is a welcome development.
“You know the leaders of our party in the State are wise to avoid rancor after primaries they opted for consensus that Carter for all interests including women he added.
He said in “Benue PDP is one , and more than eighty percent are members . I want to see a situation where over ninety percent of the people of the state are register members he stated.
He maintained that the party will win Apa /Agatu federal constituency in the 2023 election .
He urged the aspirants to play politics without bitterness noting in PDP there is no loser .
He advised the elders of the party in the state to close rank with the youth to enable them recording success in 2023 elections.

He further disclosed that Buhari APC led government has failed the country hence a need for positive change.
” You know when APC came with their change manstra in 2015 people fail to ask them the type of change .
“Let me tell you Nigerians have tasted the government of PDP and APC and they know which one is better, When there is real yam and water yam before you, I think if you are not having ailment you will go for real yam.
He lauded the people of Jos North / Bassa federal constituency for having faith in the party noting that with that result he is optimistic that PDP will bounce back in the state in 2023.
He divulged that with the signing of electoral act it would be difficult for APC to rig election in 2023.
