Senator Lawan commissions radio station in Gashua, Yobe

Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, has commissioned a new radio station, Wetland FM 90.5 MHz, in Gashua, Yobe State. 

The development will provide access to quality information and communication services for his people of Yobe-North.

The radio station, built by Sen. Lawan, is expected to play critical roles in promoting progress and development in the North-East zone. 

Sen. Lawan emphasised the importance of ensuring that the radio station’s frequency is received in other local government areas of Yobe North, urging the Director General of FRCN, Dr. Mohammed Bulama, to make this a priority.

This initiative is part of Senator Lawan’s efforts to empower his constituents and provide them with access to vital information and services.
