Shun violence, co-exist peacefully, Nasarawa Speaker tells youths
The Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Dr Danladi Jatau has urged youths in State to continue to live in peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.
The speaker made the call on Saturday in Lafia when members of the Mada Development Association (MDA) Youth Wing, Kokona Branch, Nasarawa State, paid him a courtesy visit.
Jatau said that peace was the necessary requirement for the development of any society, hence the need for all and sundry to co-exist peacefully with one another.
The speaker appreciated the leadership of the association for promoting unity and peace among its members and other youths in the State.
He called for synergy among Mada and Eggon, as well as other ethnic groups for the overall development of Kokona Local Government and the State at large.

The speaker, who appreciated the association for scoring his leadership high and giving him award of excellence, pledged to support.
Earlier, Mr Kyune Zwebe, the Chairman, MDA Youth Wing, Kokona Branch commended the speaker for his good leadership style.
” We are happy with your quality representation as you have empowered so many youths and other people.
” We are here to present you with Leadership Excellence Award in recognition of your exemplary vision, steadfast and commitment to the unity and progress of Mada Youth in Kokona and Beyond,” he said.
The chairman assured the speaker of their support to enable him succeed.
