Sule will leave Nasarawa better than he met it – Speaker
Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Dr Danladi Jatau has said that Gov. Abdullahi Sule will leave the State better than he met it when his tenure ends in 2027.
The speaker stated this on Thursday in Lafia, while reacting to the vote of confidence passed on Gov. Sule and himself by members of APC caucus of the state House of Assembly.
Jatau said that the governor had performed credibly in almost all areas of the economy.
“The governor has changed the state positively and will leave the state far better than he met it in 2019 when his tenure ends in 2027,” he said.
Jatau appreciated the APC lawmakers for passing vote of confidence on his leadership and that of Gov. Sule.
He assured of his commitment to providing all inclusive leadership to sustain the peace, progress and development in the Assembly.

The speaker also lauded the National and State Working Committees of APC for their efforts in uniting and bringing speedy progress to the party and called for its sustenance.
He also commended the Commissioner of Police in the State and other security agencies for the recovery of arms and ammunition from suspected criminals.
“I urge the Police and other security agencies to sustain the tempo inorder to make Nasarawa a peaceful and secure state for all,” he said.
The speaker called on the people of the state to continue to live in peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.
