Yobe State Governor Inspects Newly Accredited Community Medicine Building
Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State today conducted an unscheduled inspection of the newly completed Department of Community Medicine building at the Yobe State Teaching Hospital in Damaturu.

The visit followed the West African College of Physicians’ granting of full accreditation for the training of 25 senior and junior physicians at the facility.

The Governor, accompanied by Senator Musa Mustapha, Hon. Kachallah Mai Hassan (Special Adviser on Special Duties), Hon. Abdu Gulani (Special Adviser on Transport and Energy), and Hon. Bulama Bukar (Gujba Constituency Representative), assessed the quality of the completed building.

This accreditation and the completion of the building represent significant advancements in healthcare manpower development for Yobe State under Governor Buni’s administration.
The improved training facilities will contribute to enhanced healthcare delivery across the state.
