NCC’s Digital Excellence Recognized: Earns Second Best MDA Website Title
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has achieved a significant milestone, clinching the second position in the Bureau of Public Service Reforms’ (BPSR) highly competitive 2025 scorecard for the best-performing MDA websites.
This distinguished ranking underscores the NCC’s ongoing dedication to leveraging technology for superior service provision to citizens.
Out of a comprehensive review of 235 Federal Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), the NCC’s website emerged as a leader, trailing only Galaxy Backbone Limited and surpassing the Nigeria Export Promotion Council.

This latest recognition reinforces the NCC’s reputation for consistent technological advancement, a trait also recently acknowledged by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), which named the commission among its top five best-performing Federal agencies for 2025.
The BPSR’s scorecard initiative is designed to drive reform across the public service by identifying and promoting exemplary digital platforms.
The aim is to enhance transparency, facilitate seamless transactions, combat corruption, and ultimately improve access to government services for all Nigerians.
