Kaduna State Government Strengthens Partnership with NAF, Presents C of O for Post Service Housing Scheme

The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani commended the Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar for his outstanding performance and efforts in transforming the NAF into a formidable force.

Sani while highlighting its crucial role in Operation WHIRL PUNCH, which has significantly reduced terrorist attacks in the region, also praised the upgrade of the 271 NAF Detachment at Birnin Gwari to a Wing status and allocated 10 operational vehicles to support ongoing operations.

Governor Sani gave the commendation when he visited the NAF Headquarters to present Certificates of Occupancy for lands allocated to the NAF at the new Millennium City in Kaduna State.

Air Marshal Abubakar expressed gratitude for the Governor’s support, assuring that the NAF will utilize the allocated lands for the benefit of its personnel and continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of Kaduna State and its surroundings.

This milestone marks a significant step in the collaboration between the Kaduna State Government and the Nigerian Air Force, demonstrating their commitment to addressing security challenges in the region.
