Mr Isaac Danladi, Permanent Secretary, Nasarawa State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, said this while assuming office on Wednesday in Lafia.

Danladi took over  from Malam Isah Eyah, who had been redeployed to the State’s Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources as Permanent Secretary.

“I wish to appreciate God Almighty who made it possible for me to be appointed as Permanent Secretary in the service of Nasarawa State.

“I want to also show my profound gratitude and appreciation to the Executive Gov., Mr Abdullahi Sule for finding me fit to be posted to the ministry where my passion lies.

“I am not new to the ministry because I have been working in the ministry for the past 27 years, serving in various capacities and as such it’s a familiar terrain,’’ Danladi said.

The official promised to use his wealth of experience to bring speedy development to the ministry and the state at large.

He urged the management and staff of the ministry to accord him the same support given to the former permanent secretary and be committed to their official duties.
