NBA GUSAU BRANCH INAUGURATES NEW EXECUTIVES
The Nigerian Bar Association, Gusau Branch has inaugurated its new executives who will serve to the union fortwo years.
The New executives were Barr. Junaidu Abubakar as Chairman and Barr. Ibrahim Ali as Secretary.
Other executives members include Bello Muhammad Galadima, Vice Chairman; Bello Aliyu Gummi, Asst Secretary; Habiba Nuhu Ribadu, Treasurer; Muhd Sani Tahir, Financial Secretary; Ahmad Muhd Abubakar, Welfare Secretary.
Others were Surajo Garba Aliyu, Legal Adviser and Siddiq Wakkala as Provost while the position of Social Secretary was vacant.
During the event, the new executives received oath of office from Justice Bello Muhammad Tukur Gummi.

In her remarks, the State Chief Judge, Justice Kulu Isah Aliyu advised the new executives to work closely with their senior colleagues to benefit from their wealth of experienced and called on them to ensure cordial relationship between the Bench (Judiciary) and the Bar (Lawyers) as they are from one family.
In his acceptance speech, the New Chairman of the NBA Gusau Branch, Barr Junaidu Abubakar Mafara who took over from Barr Umar Asho, vowed to carry all along and to work in accordance with the constitution of the association to ensure success of the NBA success in the state.
He expressed determination to ensure human rights protection and to work closely with all stakeholders professionally at the state and National level.
