Troops neutralise 3 terrorists in Kaduna ambush
Troops of the Nigerian Army executed an ambush operation on Friday, resulting in the neutralisation of three terrorists in Kidandan Village, Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The terrorists, en route to repair their motorcycles, were intercepted by Nigerian troops, putting an end to their activities in the region.
According to an official statement by the Nigerian Army, the operation was carried out based on credible intelligence targeting the terrorist group, notorious for utilizing motorcycles for their nefarious deeds in Kaduna State and the wider North-West region.
During the gun battle, the troops engaged the terrorists, leading to the elimination of the three criminals and the recovery of their weapons.
Recovered items included one AK-47 Rifle, one stock AK-47 Rifle, four motorbikes, and one Motorola Radio.
