Zamfara: Liman, Shinkafi, Marafa, Lawal, Jaji, Koguna revalidated their APC membership

The ongoing APC membership Revalidation/Registration exercise recorded impressive turnout in Zamfara as major stakeholders of the party in the state have revalidated their membership with the party.

The exercise which was flagged off Yesterday, Saturday in Talata-Mafara town by the APC leader in the state, Alhaji Abdul’aziz Yari and National Registration and Revalidation Committee sent to the State led by Alhaji Lawal Umar Kareto.

The State Chairman APC caretaker committee, Alhaji Lawal M Liman who revalidated his membership at Gundumi polling unit in Kaura Namoda town commended the party stakeholders and members in the state for their cooperation to the exercise.

The Former APC Deputy National Chairman, Sen. Lawal Shuiabu and Sen.Tijjani Yahaya Kaura revalidated their membership at Sabongari and Poly Clinic polling units also in Kaura Namoda town respectively.

Other APC stakeholders who revalidated their membership include, Sen. Kabiru Marafa who also revalidated his membership at Yandoton Daji township Primary School, polling unit while the former Minister of Information, Alhaji Ikira Aliyu Bilbis rebalidated his membership at a polling unit in Bilbis town of Tsafe Local government area.

The Former Governor of the State, Alhaji Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi and Former Member House of Representatives, Aminu Sanu Jaji revalidated their membership with the party at their various polling units Shinkafi and Birnin-Magaji towns respectively.

Alhaji Mukhtar Idris, the APC Governatorial Candidate at the 2019 general elections and Former Regional Manager, First Bank, Alhaji Dauda Lawal Dare and Chief of Staff to the Speaker House of Representatives, Alhaji Sanusi Rikiji revalidated their membership with the party at the Army Barrack, Muslim Foundation and Sabonfegi polling units in Gusau respectively.

M Liman who led the members of the National Committee to visit various centers for the exercise across the state expressed optimism for the party’s victory in 2023.

He thanked the party stakeholders in the state for the recent reconciliation by the party’s warring factions in the state.
