Yobe East Solidarity movement back Senator Bomai for governorship 2027

Senator Ibrahim Muhammad Bomai Yobe East Solidarity movement has inaugurated its new executive members to steer the affairs of the association and canvases support for the candidature of senator Bomai in the 2027 governorship election.

The inauguration ceremony took place at federal polytechnic Damaturu drawn participants from across seven local governments of Yobe East senatorial district.
Addressing the gathering the state coordinator of the movement Abba Soso Gaidam stated that the movement is tasked with the responsibility of sensitizing party loyalists to ensure total support to Senator Ibrahim Muhammad Bomai to contest for governorship seat in the 2027 general election.
The coordinator said the gathering was inspired by his unprecedented achievements, people centered leadership and consistent commitment to development that touched lives across communities.
He highlighted that senator Ibrahim Muhammad Bomai is a firm believer in education, human capital development and inclusive governance.
Major stakeholders who spoke at the inauguration ceremony Ibrahim Muhammad Ibbiyo, Muhammad Ngordi and Ibrahim Sale Bakabe Said the event was organised to strategies Bomai movement to consolidate on governor Mai Mala Buni achievement in the areas of healthcare delivery, education, road constructions and agriculture.

They commended governor Mai Mala Buni giant strides spread across the seventeen local government areas of the state and called on people of the state to rally round Buni’s administration.
The stakeholders highlighted some of senator Ibrahim Muhammad Bomai achievements recorded includes road construction, water supply, awarding of foreign scholarship, youths and women empowerment as well as sponsorship of various bills at the national assembly among others.
Those inaugurated are Abba Soso Gaidam as state coordinator, Amsami Ali Dapchi deputy coordinator, Bintu Bukar Bale zonal coordinator, Umar Musa Oska publicity secretary.
Others are Abubakar Muhammad organising secretary, Alhaji Sani Muhammad Board of trustees, comrade Goni kolo legal adviser while Auwal Elyobewe to save as secretary of the solidarity movement.
