Kebbi: CSOs Hails Senator Aliero’s empowerments to constituents

A civil society organisations operating in Kebbi state, Initiative For Transparency and Justice IFTAJ has commended Kebbi central Senator, Senator Muhammadu Adamu Aliero for empowering his constituents of Kebbi central.

The General secretary, of the organisation,comrade Usman Muhammed Anache, in a statement said that part of their social responsibility include encouraging those poised to bring human and capital development to their people with intent to build their lives just as they objectively criticise leaders wanting in their primary responsibility.

The statement added that, recently, the Senator representing Kebbi central senatorial district distributed empowerments items to the 10 local governments he is representing at the upper chamber which caught the attention of the CSOs.

Senator Aliero had distributed over 2000 tailoring machines, water pumping machines for dry season farming supported by ploughs and bulls.

Similarly, a total of over three hundred tricycles were handed to youth as part of efforts to empower them to become self reliant ” we are pleased with the recent performance hence our reason to commend to one encourage him to do more and two for others to emulate him so that our youths will stop roaming the streets in search of jobs or engage in anti social behaviour such as drugs addiction and prostitution among others.

The group also charged him to continue to remain above board by focusing squarely on his primary assignment of law making and empowering his people.
