MATAWALLE’S APC ZONAL VICE CHAIRMAN REJOINS YARI’S CAMP
Alhaji Lawali Tambaya Tsafe, the Zonal Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara, has resigned his position and rejoined the APC faction loyal to the former governor of the state, Alhaji Abdul’aziz Yari.
The State Chairman Yari-led APC faction, disclosed this in a statement issued in Gusau on Tuesday by the Chairman Publicity Committee of the faction, Alhaji Ibrahim Birnin-Magaji.
Alhaji Tambaya Tsafe was Zonal Vice Chairman (Zamfara Central) of the party under the APC faction of Gov. Matawalle.
He resigned his position and joined Yari’s camp.
Liman while reacting to the development, congratulated Tambaya Tsafe, saying that politics should not be taken like a one-man business where only members of the family had a say in running it.
“The political waves from the faction will uproot to the foundation all the non-solid structures hurriedly put in place by its opponents before the 2023 general elections.

“The voluntary resignation of Tambaya Tsafe was an indication that a building which was erected on a shaky foundation will not stand the taste of time, you never reap where you did not plant; even in politics,” he said.
Liman said that the APC Yari-led faction had been strategising with a view to attracting more members in the build-up to the 2023 general elections.
