NYA PRESIDENT LAUDS EMERGENCE OF DAUDA LAWAL DARE AS ZAMFARA PDP GOV’SHIP CANDIDATE
The National President, Northern Youths Assembly (NYA), comrade Munnir Haidara-Kaura has described the candidature of, Dr Dauda Lawal Dare as for Zamfara governorship under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections as a welcome development.
Haidara-Kaura made the assertion while speaking to newsmen in Gusau on Thursday.
According to him, Zamfara needs focused leader who would initiate programmes and policies to revive the state.
He noted that Lawal Dare’s candidature is timely considering his versatile experience in financial sector.
“As well all know, Zamfara needs urgent intervention to promote its income generation especially the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

“Lawal Dare is philanthropist and person who always render humanitarian services especially in education sector not only in the state but Nigeria in general.
“We are all aware of multi-million naira road project he executed at the Federal University Gusau and recent sponsorship of 120 Zamfara indigenes to study degree and postgraduates programmes in their University Togo”, Haidara said.
He called on electorate in the state to vote for PDP at all levels in the upcoming 2023 general elections.
He noted that emergence of the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as presidential candidate of the PDP has boosted the strength of the party across the country.
