“To build a civilized society is no work of the weak-hearted or prejudiced. It’s the work of the living Gods, it’s the work of humans without borders. And to build these humans is the work of my life.”-Abnijit Akskar.

Egalitarian Societies and strong Nations, are built by great minds not tribesmen or the religionists “idiots” whom constitutes a whopping ninety percent of the entire population; with less than ten percent as the deep thinkers, nationalists and good citizens.

Nigeria a rich ethno-cultural diversity of over six hundred and fifty different tribes with strong affinities for tribal and religious beliefs. Unfortunately, the present gladiators headed by nepotic minded Maj Gen Muhammadu Buhari (RTD), has further polarized the nation and increased our fault lines of religion and ethnicity

Egalitarianism is a philosophical perspective that empathizes equality and equal treatments across gender, religion, economic status, and political beliefs. Egalitarianism may focus income inequality and distribution, which are ideas that influenced the development of various economic and political systems.

To build a strong, efficient, viable, ideal and egalitarian nation leadership must inbibe and display an extraordinary capacity and Fair-minded. Unfortunately, it is not the case with the current situation and the leadership deficiency that is prevalent in Nigeria of today.

Classic examples are the issues of appointments and deployments of military actions. The most recent one is the appointment for the position of Nigeria police force headship, “Inspector General” apart from the criminal violations of the police act signed into law by ‘Buhari’ himself, the moral issues clearly established a pattern of nepotism and closed mindset. This is the height of insensitivity from the present gladiators and cast a shadow of doubt about the soundness of the workings of their minds.

While the whole nation is shut down as a reason of industrial actions and the restive situation across the land. Muhammadu Buhari RTD is a medical tourist in London, a wasteful venture that himself hypocritically condemned during his campaign. Sad and unfortunate.

Echoes and drumbeat of war, backed-up with Separatist agitation and general discontent within the communities: bokoharamists “insurgency” In the North-East; banditry, kidnappings and senseless killings by non-states actors in virtually all the other part of the nation, with threat of disintegration and total breakdown of law and order.

The recent happenings around our beloved country Nigeria in the past Months in particular, this is worrisome and calls for serious rethink, intervention and intercession from statesmen, leaders of faith, men of good conscience, critical stakeholders and friends of Africa.

Rwandans under a nepotistic leader slaughtered 500 000 thousands own lives. Same Rwandans under a visionary leader are the best developing country in Africa today. It is all about leadership.
