ZAMFARA APC COMMENDS FEDERAL HIGH COURT GUSAU  FOR DISMISSING SUIT CHALLENGING BUNI’S COMMITTEE OVER DISSOLUTION OF FORMER EXECUTIVES

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State under the leadership of Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani wishes to again commend the judiciary for standing by the truth over falsehood in our nation’s democracy.

This is contained in a statement issued by the State Publicity Secretary of the Party, Yusuf Idris Gusau.

“Today’s judgement at the state High Court, Gusau is an affirmation of the leadership of the APC under His Excellency, Mai-Mala Buni in religiously following the provisions of the party’s constitution to do the right thing in fairness to all members.

“The selfish thinking of some yet to be verified members of the party who in pursuance of their dream challenged the party over the dissolution of Lawal M Liman by the APC National leadership which was unceremoniously thrown to their confused faces for lack of merit and their ignorance in taking to the court.

“The Presiding Justice Aminu Bappa while delivering the judgement said is “a party affair” that shouldn’t have been brought to the court.

“Having thrashed out the case, goes further to say that the nation’s judicial system still gives hope to the innocent, the rightful and the hopeless”, Idris said.

According to him, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara state will continue to be guided by its party constitution in carrying out all its activities.

“We commend the patience and understanding of our genuine party members during the court case”,
