ZAMFARA APC LAUDS SOCIAL MEDIA USERS FOR PROMOTING MATAWALLE’S ADMINISTRATION
The Zamfara Chairman of All progressive Congress (APC) Alhaji Tukur Umar Danfulani has commended the contribution of the social media users in showcasing Gov Bello Matawalle’s led administration in the state.
Danfulani made the call in Gusau while declaring the 2-day Seminar and Award presentation closed.
The event which held at Universal Basic Education Teacher Training Center was organised by “Belmat Media Chart (BMC)”.
Danfulani who was represented at the event by the State APC Secretary, Alhaji Umar Dangaladima noted that the social media handlers contributions to the APC led administration in the state under Gov Bello Matawalle deserved commendation.
“The state APC administration is appreciated with the kind efforts that the social media handlers of the party have been making in enlightening the general public on the efforts of Gov Bello Matawalle in promoting peace and stability in the state”. the Chairman said.
He described social media as one of the modern global tools for communication in the general public.
He commended the social media handlers them for their support, cooperation to the present administration in the state.

“Members of the party social media team have contributed immensely to the development of the state and urged them to balance their reporting”, Danfulani added.
In a paper presentation, at the event, Dr, Anas Sale of Mass Communication Department, Abdu Gusau Polytechnic Talata-Mafara, described the contribution of social media to the global development as a welcome development.
Sale urged social media users to always balance their reports and avoid spreading fake news in order to avoid problems in the society.
“I urged participants of this training to utilize what they have during the training in their future practice of social media activities”, he said.
Various Director Generals and other heads of Ministries Department and Agencies (MDAs) who spoke at the event expressed appreciation with the development of social media handlers in the state.
The Chairman and Secretary of BMC, Bilya Makama said the essence of the seminar to sensitize their members how to continue promoting the agendas of Matawalle’s led administration in ahead of 2023 General Election.
Makama said, one of the major activities of this event is to present honor award to Gov Bello Matawalle for giving various political appointments to youths in the APC led administration in the state.
In a welcome address, the Secretary to the Group, Najeeb Azzamfary said one of the mandate of the group is to promote youths empowerment and development.
“Therefore, we consider Matawalle’s government as the most youths friendly since creation of the state”, he said.
Azzamfary said the Group had succeeded in the payment of registration fees to students of the state in various tertiary institutions.
