Zamfara NMA Summon Emergency Meeting over attack on General Hospital Dansadau
The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Zamfara State Branch has summoned an emergency meeting over bandits attack in Dansadau General Hospital in Maru Local Government Area of the state.
This is contained in a statement issued in Gusau on Friday by the NMA Chairman in the state, Dr Mannir Bature.
“The Leadership of Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Zamfara State Branch received a report of attack on General Hospital Dansadau in the early hours of Friday 30th July 2021 by armed bandits.

“According to the reports, the gunmen were looking for medical doctors and nurses, In the process abducted a ward attendant and a patient relation.
“Two other female staff of the hospital were also wounded.
“Worried by the unfortunate incidence, the NMA Zamfara will hold an emergency state officers council meeting on Saturday 31st July 2021 to deliberate on the issue.
