The Pan African leadership , Symposium and Honours (PALESH). Nigeria 2025 conference is set to bring together experts and leaders to discuss the most pressing issues affecting Africa’s stability, security, and economy.
The 3-day Executive MBA Masterclass and Leadership Symposium, themed “Adaptive Leadership & Stability in Africa: Prospects & Challenges,” will delve into five critical topics, including the implications of the exit of Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
The event slated for April 1, 2025, is organized by United Nations International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC)
Other topics to be discussed include mediation, reconciliation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, as well as the role of adaptive leadership in promoting stability and security in Africa.
The upcoming PALESH Nigeria 2025 conference will feature expert discussions on mediation, cultural diplomacy, and traditional institutions as mechanisms for promoting peace and stability in Africa.
According to the conference organizers, the symposium will explore the effectiveness of mediation, reconciliation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in resolving conflicts, using the Rwanda and DR Congo conflict as a reference point.

Additionally, the conference will discuss cultural diplomacy as a conceptual approach to achieving sustainable peace through tourism. Experts will examine how cultural exchange programs and tourism can foster greater understanding and cooperation among African nations, promoting peace and stability.
The role of traditional institutions in enhancing peaceful co-existence in grassroots communities across Africa will also be investigated. This session will discuss the importance of traditional institutions in promoting peace and stability.
