The North Owes Tinubu Another Term Of Office-Gov. Buni
Yobe state Governor, Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala CON, COMN, said the North is indebted to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term of office for his consistent support to previous Northern presidential candidates.
Speaking at the flag off of the distribution of N1.2 billion cash donations and 100 trucks of rice to vulnerable persons across the 19 Northern states ahead of the Eid-el-Kabir Sallah celebration by the offices of the First lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu and office of Special Adviser to the President on Political Affairs Hon. Kabiru Masari.

Gov. Buni reminded the region that in 1992 President Tinubu supported late Shehu Yar’adua against his fellow southern Yoruba kinsman Olu Falae.
“In 2003, President Tinubu also supported Atiku Abubakar in his presidential ambition.
“He equally supported late Muhammadu Buhari in 2011 and 2015, and therefore deserves support from the North for his second term of office” Gov. Buni explained.
