ZAMFARA: WE ARE MORE DETERMINED THAN EVER BEFORE-SAYS YARI LED APC FACTION
The Zamfara Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the former governor of the state, Alhaji Abdul’aziz Yari’s led faction has said that it will not in any way be deterred by the Federal High Court, Gusau recent judgement that dismissed the suit it instituted challenging the dissolution of its Executives by the National Caretaker Committee of the Party led by Gov Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State.
Reacting to the judgment, Chairman of the faction, Honorable Lawal M Liman said they are more determined to pursue the case to its logical conclusion because of their strong conviction that justice will only be delayed rather than denied.
M Liman who spoke in statement issued in Gusau by the Chairman Publicity Committee of the faction, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Birnin Magaji.

“Though we are not surprised over the judgment because the outcome was already pronounced by Sen. Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura through his recent interviews journalists.
“Therefore this will not however discourage us to appeal the judgment in an attempt to seek for justice”, M Liman added
The Chairman maintained that if an internal squabble in the party could cost it the colossal loss it incurred in 2019 General Elections in the Supreme Court of Nigeria then there is still hope for a light at the end of the tunnel for the fact that what is good for the Goose is also good for the Gander.
He commended the efforts, contributions and resilience of the Party Leader in the state, his lieutenants, party executives at state, local government and ward levels, other stakeholders, as well as the party members and sympathizers to keep the party vibrant yesterday, today and tomorrow as an outlet that will see to the continued well-being of the People.
He assured the party supporters in the state to remain calm and always law-abiding that the struggle will be kept alive until success is achieved in Almighty Allah’s name.
